change working calendar input greyed out

Hi, I've just started using the program this morning. It's great and I know I must be doing something stupid. When I create a new calendar for "evening and weekend working" I click on S for Saturdays. Instead of being able to input hours all the boxes are greyed out. I can get enabled boxes if I click the bottom of the 3 radio buttons. However, if I make any changes and click OK they aren't saved. I could post a screenshot later. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Paul

Hi,

 

I made this work in the end. I'm not sure exactly what the sequence was, but I got there by: Adding a new calendar type. Saving and closing PL. Re-opening and going back into the calendar. Adjusting the entries as required.
