For example if I select user1 , go to his calendar , click on options and set his duration settings to 6 hrs per day , it works fine for calculating duration for the tasks by user 1 but however if I select another user  user2 and set his duration settings to 8hrs per day both user1 and user2 duration settings are overriden to the user2's duration settings tha is 8 hrs per day. Shouldn't the duration be calculated from the individual calendar of the resource with out considering the duration settings.
I cannot figure out a way to deal with multiple resources with different total working hours per day . I would really appreciate anybody's help. Thanks for your time in advance.
