Has anyone experienced issues with the spanish translation?

Accented characters missing in version 1.5.9 

I also suspect that there are some bugs related to it, when I insert a task, that one and the ones below don't get renumbered automatically, also there is some strange behaviour when indenting.

It would also be nice to know hoy to download the EN version rather than the SP one, most of my Projects need to be in EN
