If you assign the resources one at a time the second resource 'assigned' the default is for effort driven so an 8 hour task becomes 4 hours in duration but the same Effort. When you are assigning resources if you highlight both resources at the same it will remain as an 8 hour duration but the effort will be 16 hours...... This is the same default as MS Project. You can go into the Task Advanced dialog and also change the task to "Fixed Duration"
Hey there, I am sorry it took a few days to reply..... I thought I had responded but saw it was still a 'new' comment..... the documentation is improving. If you can assist that would be great. It is located on this site under the Community menu. You need to be logged into the community to see it....
That is really strange.... I just tested and saw it. However, is it possible you are a new member of the community ? I suppose it might be your browser cache.... What browser are you using ? Do you still have an issue not seeing it ?
Hey there... it does show you have been a member for 38 weeks. I am perplexed on why you do not see documentation. Can you try and clear your browser cache ? I highly doubt you have not done that in the past 38 weeks but perhaps ? I will double check! Thank you for the note....

I've been a registered user for several years. The Community drop down menu show only Blog Posts, Discussions, Polls. Where's the manual?

Where is the manual?
I have the same problem. I use Firefox, I'm a new user today and I can't download the manual to start reading about how to use the program.
