zero duration importing MS Project XML FILE

Hi folks

I use ProjectLibre on Mac OS. No problem so far. Yesterday I received a MS Project file from a colleague. Imported it via "open project" dialog, but "duration" field for every task is set to zero. So, importing from MS Project is pretty unusable for me.

That is strange but there is a formatting problem. It is not reading the duration field. What version of MS Project? Is it an .mpx that was generated by Microsoft Project or from a different program? We have seen some programs have errors in their export that creates the .mpx file.

Resource allocation comes greyed out

Hey guys,

I am still fairly new here so I may be missing something obvious here. I have a list of tasks and a Gantt chart but when I try to select a task and click on Assign Resources, the box opens and is greyed out.
